Baseball teaches kids the fundamental skills to become a successful adult.
Once an athlete find their form and perfects it, only then can they start improving their game. When training a new student we focus on the basic fundamentals of baseball. Throwing, batting stance, field position and how to align yourself in the best position to effectively field a baseball.
I might add, I have never had a child in the game. People ask me “which one is yours”? My answer is “All of them”. I coach for the love of baseball and passing on knowledge.
My baseball experience started when I was 5 and ended do to an injury when I was 18.
I started coaching in 1987.
